Linda Baguma is a student at Johns Hopkins University, pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations focused on security, strategy and statecraft. She graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in International Relations, concentrating on international security, diplomacy, and African regional affairs. Linda brings a cross-cultural perspective to global issues and is passionate about advancing development and diplomacy across the African continent.
