Cancellation Policy

At Culturally Bound Consulting LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, intentional consulting services. To honor both your time and ours, we’ve established the following Cancellation Policy for all scheduled consultations, coaching sessions, and strategy calls.
1. Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session rate or forfeiture of that session, depending on your service agreement.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once without penalty if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
To reschedule, please email us at info@culturallybound.com or use the link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
3. No-Shows
Clients who miss a session without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in the full session fee being charged and are not eligible for a reschedule or refund.
4. Emergencies and Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. At our discretion, we may waive fees for last-minute cancellations due to unexpected or unavoidable circumstances.

5. Refunds
All consulting sessions and packages are non-refundable once booked. If you are unable to attend a session and provide appropriate notice, we will do our best to reschedule within the time limits of your current package or service agreement.
6. Repeated Cancellations
Clients who cancel or reschedule multiple times may be subject to limited booking privileges or termination of the service agreement.
